Why we say “abs are made in the kitcheN”:

If you know a smidgen of my story, you’ll know I was an expert calorie-counter and under-eater. I tried outworking a poor diet (and poor diets come in many forms).

I drank coffee and soda, ate protein bars filled with chocolate and sneaky sugars (I have a serious sweet tooth) and then I’d have a very clean and lean dinner. It wasn’t many calories and at a glance it wasn’t anything crazy like fried food or too much sugar or carbs or anything….

But in addition to LOTS of exercise; how come I wasn’t seeing results?!….

 

The reason was mainly to do with PROTEIN!

When I met my coach in-person and I saw the abs and the biceps she had on her yet still being lean and what most people would say is “petite” since we’re both around 5”2 - THAT was when I made up my mind that whatever she was doing, I was ready to trust her!

That choice led to me starting my personalized nutrition plan (date: July 2018) and I have been consistent every day since. It was a CRAZZZZZY transition!

I started the very next day; eating 6 meals per day. No more coffee, totally switching up my snacks from those packaged and processed ones to 3 whole raw, simple and protein-packed ones that kept me fuller longer and actually started to give me muscles! So it’s a no-brainer why I’ve devoted the past 3 years to helping others avoid the mistakes I’ve made…

Now; there is NO one-size-fits-all
